Is the free session really free?
Yes - 30 minutes with an expert tutor, completely free. No card details, no contract, and no obligation to continue. It's a real session, not a sales call: your child works with the tutor and you see exactly how we teach.
Is online tuition really as effective as in person?
Yes - and for many families, more so. Sessions are one-to-one with a specialist who teaches to your child's exam board, using a shared screen and interactive tools. There's no travel, and your child learns somewhere they're comfortable.
How do you match my child with a tutor?
We look at your child's subject, exam board, level and personality, and Joe hand-picks the specialist best suited to them - whether that's a qualified teacher or a high-performing university tutor. If they don't click, we rematch free of charge.
Are your tutors safe and qualified?
Every tutor is carefully vetted and enhanced DBS checked, and we work only with qualified teachers and high-performing university tutors. We have a named Designated Safeguarding Lead and full safeguarding policies - you can read them on our safeguarding page.
How soon will we see results?
Most families notice growing confidence within the first few weeks as gaps start to close. Grades follow - the pace depends on where your child is starting and how regularly they attend, and we keep you updated on progress throughout.
